Timothy Paul Cross
August 19, 1961 - December 31, 2010

COOKEVILLE--Timothy Paul Cross, 48, 4461 S. Creek Dr., Cookeville, passed away Dec. 31, 2009 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was a school teacher.
He was born August 19, 1961 in Jamestown, Tn., the son of Earl and Lena (Lee) Cross. He lived most of his life in Byrdstown and was a member of the First Christian Church in Cookeville and a Navy veteran.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Cross; first wife, Helen Cross; sister, Candra Nolen.
Surviving relatives include wife, Barbara (Norris) Cross, Monterey; two daughters, Tiffany and Kelsey, both of Monterey; son, Taylor, Monterey; mother, Lena Cross, Cookeville; two sisters, Deborah Copeland and Danny Nolen, Jamestown; Amy Phillips and husband Mike, Baxter, Tn.; brother, Don Cross and wife, Jeri, Byrdstown; two nieces, Kim Cross and Makayla Phillips; six nephews Alex Storie, Mitchell Cross, Kevin and Adam Beaty, Tyler and Connor Phillips, other family members and friends.
A memorial service is set for Friday, Jan. 8 at 7 p.m. from Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. David Cross and Bro. Hillier Duke officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 5 p.m. until time of the memorial service at 7. Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown was in charge of the arrangements.

Elsie (Robbins) Winningham
January 26, 1921 - December 12, 2009

OMAHA, NE--Elsie (Robbins) Winningham passed away in Omaha, NE on December 12, 2009.
She was born January 26, 1921 in Byrdstown.
She leaves one daughter, Ellen "Winningham" Allen (Jack), Omaha, NE; several grandchildren and friends, one sister Mae "Robbins" Baker, Byrdstown; one special nephew, Jack Wright, Byrdstown.
She was preceded in death by husband, Jesse Dowell Winningham, Omaha, NE; one daughter, Jessie "Winningham" Daniels (Pat), CA and son, Jerry Paul Winningham; her father, Lafayette "Fate" Robbins and mother, Mary Ellen "Robbins" Robbins; five sisters, Oshia "Robbins" Winningham (Ernest) Robbins (Okley), Hattie "Robbins" Wright (Willie), Vonnie "Robbins" Smith (Roy), Edith "Robbins" Smith (Allard) and Delphia "Robbins" Smith (Earl); two brothers, Kenneth and Cecil Robbins.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Robbinstown Cemetery. Brown Funeral Chapel will be in charge of the arrangements.
