JAMESTOWN, TN--Mrs. Donna Marie Bartylak, 46, Jamestown, passed away Feb. 4, 2010 at Overton County Nursing Home. She was a secretary for an electrical contractor.
She was born Jan. 23, 1964 in Clarksville, In., the daughter of Richard and Edna Gilliam Breeding.
She was preceded in death by her mother Edna Gilliam Breeding and a sister, Marla Breeding.
Surviving relatives include father, Richard Breeding, Jamestown; husband, Phillip Bartylak, Jamestown; sons Doug (and Holly) Harris, Jamestown; Chris and Kevin Bartylak, both of Jamestown; daughter, Rachale Jordan, Jamestown; brothers: Richard Breeding Jr. (and Tina Akers), Byrdstown; Charles (and Stephanie) Breeding, Great Falls, Mt.; Frank Tulley, Ocean Springgs, Ms.; sisters: Theresa (and Terry) Wilkerson, Byrdstown; Angela (and Rob) Thompson, Ft. Lee, Va.; four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Feb. 7, at 12:00 from the home of Theresa Wilkerson, 1008 Asberry Dr., Byrdstown.
Speck Funeral Home of Livingston was in charge of the arrangements.
