Mary lee Springer Crandall Fickel
January 25, 1936 - August 27, 2010

ALGOOD--Mary Lee (Springer) (Crandall) Fickel died peacefully in her sleep on August 27, 2010 at the Masters Care Facility in Algood. She was born on Jan. 25, 1936 in Kansas and spent most of her life in Colorado. Mary worked at Samsonite in Denver for almost 30 years, retiring in 2001. She loved to garden and crochet in her free time. As her health declined she moved to Tennessee to be closer to her daughter.
Mrs. Fickel was preceded in death by her mother, Ethel Mary (Babcock), (Springer) Pinzenscham, her father Anton Rudolph Springer, her step-father Fred Pinzenscham and a step-brother Fred Pinzenscham II. She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Crandall) Beardsley, (Albert of Byrdstown; her son Rodney (Rusty) Crandall of Camdenton, MO; three grandchildren, Adam Crandall, Rebekah Humbert and Chelsea Hughbanks; five great grandchildren, Hayley Crandall, Mason Planbeck, Edward Brown, Annabelle Brown and Elizabeth Hughbanks; two brothers, Charles Springer of Strasburg, CO and Alvin Springer (Jacqueline) of Pahrump, NV and one step sister, Virginia (Pinzenscham) Bird, (Charles) of Commerce City Colorado.
