Hoover Storie
December 23, 1929 - January 19, 2011

PALL MALL--Hoover Storie, 81, of Cedar Grove Road, Pall Mall, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Livingston Regional Hospital.
He was born December 23, 1929 in Pickett County to the late Clarence and Laura (Easterly) Storie. Mr. Storie was a retired factory and county highway department employee, member of the Byrdstown Masonic Lodge #496 and lived all his life in Pickett County.
Survivors include wife, Dolores (Sells) Storie of Pall Mall; one daughter, Sandy Goodman and husband Robert, McKee, KY; three sisters, Glee Westfall of Hartville, OH; Mae Westfall of Cambridge, OH; and Peggy McFarland of Louisville, KY; one brother, Doyle Storie of Pall Mall. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, January 21, 2011 at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Austin Flowers officiating and burial at Mt. Era Cemetery. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by his step-mother, Dora Storie; one sister, Jessie Dudley; two brothers, Glenn and Willard Storie and one niece Brenda Wells. Pallbearers include Terry Storie, Joshua Sells, Jimmy Sells, Jr., Jason Garrett, Jared Garrett, John Keisling, Matt Massengille and Roger Masiongale with Honorary Pallbearers, Jimmy and Jerry Sells and Michael Garrett. Special care provided by Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown.
