Mary Lynne Baker
April 4, 1949 - October 14, 2011

BYRDSTOWN--Mary Lynne Baker, 62, of 1037 Hassler Rd.,
Byrdstown passed away Friday, Oct. 14, 2011 at her residence.
She was born April 4, 1949 in Rutland, VT to Francis
E. and Jessie Wells Baker. Ms. Baker lived most of her life in
Pickett County and was a graphic artist.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Todd Galbreath;
aunts and uncles.
Survivors include daughter, Susan Gallaher & husband,
Tom of Maryville, TN; parents, Francis and Jessie Baker,
Byrdstown; three sisters, Lana Rossi & husband Ed of Byrdstown,
Norma Baker of Oakland, CA and Rebecca Baker of
Cookeville; two brothers, Francis C. Baker of Monterey and
Robert Dana Baker & wife Susan of Hendersonville, TN; two
grandchildren, Maggie and Josephine Gallaher. Also survived
by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews other family members
and friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, Oct. 17, 2011 at
Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Louis Davis officiating and
burial at Lovelady-Sims Cemetery. Pallbearers included
Robert Dana Baker, Francis C. Baker, Philip Kay, Rex Zimmerman,
Guy Zimmerman, Ed Rossi and Seth Baker.
Special care provided by Brown Funeral Chapel.

Mary Lleta Smith Davidson
January 15, 1940 - October 13, 2011

BYRDSTOWN--Mary Ileta Smith Davidson, 71, of 108 Oak
St. passed away Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011 at her residence.
She was born Jan. 15, 1940 in Pickett County to the late Burr
and Rachel Byrd Smith. Mrs. Davidson lived all her life in
Pickett County and was a homemaker, factory employee and
a member of the Etter Baptist Church.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by granddaughter,
Jennifer Davidson; three sisters, Elsie Smith,
Marie Mullins and Nina Stinson; three brothers, Clarence,
Ted and Earnest Smith.
Survivors include daughter, Sheila Buck, Byrdstown; five
sons, Lelon "Cowboy" Davidson, Stacy Davidson, Tracy
Davidson and Jessie "Pete" Davidson, all of Byrdstown,
Frankie Davidson of Jamestown; sister, Vina Neal of Byrdstown;
brother, Delmer Smith of English, IN; six grandchildren,
Nathan Buck, Kimberly Hardy, Michael, Frankie Dale,
Adam and Keeshia Davidson; six great-grandchildren, Emma
Buck, James Hardy, Brookelyn, Angela, Nicole and Harley
Davidson; three special friends, Les Thrasher Winningham,
Anita Davidson and Janice Shewmake. Also survived by
nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011 at Brown
Funeral Chapel with Bro. Jeff Brown officiating and burial at
Smyrna Cemetery. Pallbearers include: Michael Davidson,
Ronnie Stinson, Nathan Buck, Stacy Davidson, Frankie Dale
Davidson and Bill Davidson. Special care provided by Brown
Funeral Chapel.
