BYRDSTOWN--Glenda Lucille Buck Neal, 69, Byrdstown passed away Friday, Dec. 9, 2011 at Livingston Regional Hospital.
She was born June 12, 1942 in Fentress County to the late Pearl Buck Garrett. Mrs. Neal was a retired garment factory employee and a member of the Fairview Church in Byrdstown. Other than her mother, she is preceded in death by step-father Paul Garrett; grandparents, Minnie and Lemoine "L.M." Buck. Survivors include two sons; Kenneth Neal and friend Sharon James, Algood and Jimmy Neal and wife Amy of Byrdstown; Father of her children, James Neal of Cookeville; granddaughter, Lisa Light and husband Jeremy. Also survived by cousins, other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 12, 2011 at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Tom Jones and Bro. Tim Riddle and burial at Fentress Memorial Gardens in Jamestown. Pallbearers included Jim York, Kenny York, Richard Upchurch, Rockrick Upchurch, Shawn York and Jeremy Light. Special care provided by Brown Funeral Chapel.

BAXTER, TN--James George Crouch, 56, 9422 Goff Ridge Rd., Baxter, TN passed away Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011 at the DeKalb Community Hospital in Smithville.
He was born Oct. 30, 1955 in Clinton Co., Ky to the late Wesley and Wanda Rich Crouch. Survivors include four brothers; Jerry Crouch, Las Vegas, NV; Jack Crouch, Danny "Pete" Crouch and David Crouch, all of Byrdstown.
Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011 with Bro. Louis Davis officiating and burial at Mt. Era Cemetery. Pallbearers included, Chad Crouch, John Crouch, Joe Crouch, Danny Crouch, Steve Crouch and Jeff Gabbard. Special care provided by Brown Funeral Chapel.

JAMESTOWN--Jerry Ranzell Taylor, 64, N. Smith St., Jamestown, TN passed away Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011 at the Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
He was born March 21, 1947 in Pickett County to the late Arlis Sid and Vibrilla (Taylor) Taylor. He was a logger.
Other than his parents he is preceded in death by brother, Arlis Sid Taylor, Jr.; three sisters, Francis "Bea" Reeder, Naomi "Louise" Skelton & husband Steve, Addie Jeanette Taylor; grandson, Jacob Wade Beaty; special friend, Joyce Brown. Survivors include two sons, Jerry "Bo" Taylor & wife Teresa, John Christopher Taylor & wife Dawn; two daughters, Tammy Jeanette Beaty & husband Junior, Kelli Sue Bolin & husband Eddie; stepdaughter Jamie Lee Kennedy & husband Jimmy; 19 grandchildren, Maria and Jordan Taylor, Joseph, Micheal, Justin and Sandra Taylor, Curtis, Joshua, Kyrua, Gabby, Tee and Andrew Beaty; Dustin, Alyssa "Sha" and Taylor "Bug" Bolin, Jazmine and Darinel Kennedy, Garvin Davis, Joselyn Manis; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Willie Walter "Sammy" Taylor & wife Gail; two sisters, Mary Margie "Midge" Reynolds & husband Dane, Cora Mae "Rooney" Glassburn & husband David; brother-in-law, Donnie Reeder; mother of his children, Kathy King; caregiver, Tina Lewallen. Harold Jolley "Buster"

BYRDSTOWN--Harold Keith Jolley "Buster", 82, 4040 Jolly Rd. passed away Friday, Dec. 2, 2011 at his residence.
He was born Nov. 14, 1929 in Pickett County to the late Luther Edgar and Ella Mae Cross Jolley. Mr. Jolley was a retired employee with the United States Department of Agriculture as a Agricultural Economist, a member of the Lovelady Christian Church and a Veteran of the Korean War serving in the Army.
Other than his parents he is preceded in death by six brothers, Rayzelle, Bud, Robin, Morris, Willy G. and Horrace Jolley; two sisters, Auldene Sanders and Leah Copeland. Survivors include wife Lois Robbins Jolley; daughter, Janet Beth and special son-in-law, Jody Dereck Alley; two grandsons, Cullen Dereck and Colby Keith Alley, all of Byrdstown. Also survived by loving nieces, nephews, other family members and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011 at Lovelady Christian Church with Bro. Louis Davis and Bro. Rick Cross and Bro. Charles Jolly officiating and burial at Van's Branch (Government) Cemetery.
