Maggie Leona Riley
December 13, 2011 - December 13, 2011

BYRDSTOWN--Maggie Leona Riley was born and went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011.
Maggie is survived by her parents, James and Elizabeth Dennis Riley; sister, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Riley; maternal grandparents, Danny and Janet Dennis; paternal grandparents, Steve and Nelda Riley; maternal great-grandparents, Russell and Phyllis Fraley; paternal great-grandmother, Chrystell Riley; uncles and aunts, Scott and Melissa Dennis, Mike Dennis & DJ and Lauren Riley.
She was preceded in death by maternal great-grandparent, JR (Coger) and Ona Dennis; paternal great-grandparents, JM and Edith Jolley and Ralph Riley.
Graveside services were held Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 at the Amonette Cemetery in Byrdstown with Bro. Ivan Raley and Bro. Russell Fraley officiating. Pallbearers were; DJ Riley, Nathan Buck, Scott and Mike Dennis.
Special care provided by Brown Funeral Chapel.

James Cross
April 6, 1946 - December 11, 2011


BYRDSTOWN--James Alexander Cross, Jr., 65, 322 Circle View Dr. Apt. 6A, Byrdstown passed away Sunday, Dec. 11, 2011 at the Livingston Regional Hospital.
He was born April 6, 1946 in Fentress County to the late James Alexander and Mary Victoria Looper Cross. Mr. Cross was a laborer and lived most of his life in Pickett County. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by five brothers, Alton, Clayton, Ray, Earl and Doug Cross; two sisters, Mildred Boles and Mable Welch.
Survivors include sister Gay Nash and husband Junior of Crossville. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011 at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Rick Cross officiating and burial Cross Cemetery. Pallbearers included Jason Cross, Richard Cross, Randy Boles, Nathan Winningham, Bob Esper, Gary Stover. Special care provided Brown Funeral Chapel.
