Grady D. Cope
January 14, 1948 - December 24, 2013
BURKESVILLE, KY--Grady D. Cope, 74, of Burkesville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, Dec. 24, 2012 at the Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville, Ky. He was born in Clinton County, Ky. Friday, January 14, 1938, the son of the late Stanley U. and Ollie Mae Walker Cope. He was a member of Cedar Hill United Methodist Church, and a dairy farmer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Noel Cope and William “Bill” Cope and an infant daughter, Lana Cope.
He is survived by his wife, Wilda Martin Cope, of Burkesville, whom he married July 20, 1957, his son, Lane (and Ellen) Cope of Burkesville, his brothers, Harlan (and Myra) Cope of Byrdstown; Danny (and Carol) Cope of Byrdstown; and Printis (and Barbara) Cope of Muncie, Indiana; his sisters, Letha (and Tab) Easterly of Niceville, Florida and Rita Graham of Albany, his granddaughters, Amanda (and Whitney) Parks, Ashley Stotts and Alisha Cope, and his great-grandchildren, Christian, Evan, Tripton, Cole, Ella and Macey.
Funeral services were conducted Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home with Bro. David Irwin and Bro. Jimmy Powell officiating. Burial was in the Amonett Cemetery in Pickett County, Tennessee. Pallbearers were Allen Graham, Hershel Key, Odell Key, Bobby Key, Whitney Parks and Karl Karg. Honorary pallbearers were Brian Dyer, Lindsey Bell, Doug Riley, Terry Riley, Randall Hurt, Donnie Poore, Martin Poore, Darrell Thurman, Valion “Slick” Thurman, Greg Tompkins and Ken Wheeldon.

Alvin Houston Huddleston
March 23, 1922 - January 10, 2013
LIVINGSTON--Alvin Houston Huddleston, 90, died peacefully at Livingston Regional Hospital Thursday, January 10, 2013.
Mr. Huddleston was born March 23, 1922 in Pickett County to the late Morrison Haskell "Hass" and Frankie Vaughn Huddleston and lived most of his life in Overton County. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, member of the 160th Infantry Regiment's Medical Department, graduate of TTU and had 32 years of service with Union Bank & Trust Co. until he retired as president in 1981. Other interests were past president of Livingston Jaycees, Livingston PTA, Group 3 TN. Bankers Assoc., TN. Walking Horse Assoc., member of Veterans of Foriegn Wars, Tn. Walking Horse Breeders' and Exhibitors' Assoc. and director and charter member of Overton County Friends of the Library and a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Other than his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Rosemary Coulson Huddleston, to whom he was married to for 56 years; two brothers, Haskell Ward "Cracker" Huddleston and Bobby Keith Huddleston.
Survivors include two children, Sandra Curtis of Albertville, Al. and Maria Huddleson of Livingston and special friend Steve Jolley; brother Oren Frank Huddleston and sister Leretha Harris, both of Livingston; three grandchildren, Charley Curtis and Susan Curtis of Albertville, Al. and Rebecca Curtis of Antioch, TN; great-granddaughter Ayla Gipson of Albertville, Al. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, January 14, 2014 at First United Methodist Church with burial at Overton County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Bill Bilbrey, Tony Huddleston, Mike Huddleston, Robert Huddleston, Bruce Harris, David Harris and Walter Coulson. Honorary pallbearers included Union Bank & Trust Co. employees, Grover Brown, Estelene Cobble, Jessie Parrott, Hershel Wilson, Lynn Reagan, Sue Hale, Tom Davis, Wayne Triplett, David Webb, Jim Means, David Parsons, Wanda Coleman, Randall Bilbrey and Dr. Vincent Fromke. Memorial can be made to the First United Methodist Church of Livingston, Bethlehem Methodist Church of Livingston, Algood City Cemetery or the Cancer Soceity. Susan Lynn Huddleston Flowers
January 21, 1956 - January 7, 2013
PALL MALL--Susan Lynn Huddleston Flowers, 56, of 706 Flowers Lane, Pall Mall passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2013 at the Livingston Regional Hospital.
She was born Jan. 21, 1956 in Ft. Worth, TX. to Posey and Ruth Macadoo Huddleston and lived most of her life in Pickett County. Ms. Flowers is the past owner of Ruth's Flower and Gift Shop in Byrdstown and attended the Williams Chapel Church. She is preceded in death by father Posey Huddleston and her twins, Megan Marie and Mitchell Lee Flowers.
Survivors include her son Brad Flowers and mother Ruth Huddleston both of Pall Mall; uncle, Dick Macadoo of Norristown, PA and numerous cousins.
Funeral services were held Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Randy Tompkins and Bro. Rick Cross officiating and burial at Irvin Cemetery in Albany, KY. Pallbearers included Colon Huddleston, Carl Huddleston, Kenny West, Tim West, Lee Amonett and William Fryar. Honorary pallbearers were Richard Mathews and Jeff Flowers. Special care provided by Brown Funeral Chapel.
