Amly Alice Garrett Poore
November 7, 1918 - August 13, 2013

PALL MALL--Amly Alice Garrett Poore, 94 of Parker Rd., Pall Mall passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Livingston Regional Hospital.
She was born November 7, 1918 in Pickett Co. to the late Haden Bramlett "Bram" and Nancy Huckeby Garrett. Mrs. Poore was a farmer and homemaker. She enjoyed quilting and being with her family and friends.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Edd Poore; four brothers, John Dennis, Denton, Yetmon and Delmer Garrett.
Survivors include two daughters, Verna Meredith of Alpine, TN and Ruth Randall and husband Neil of Grace Lake, MI; two sons, Mike Poore of Cookeville and Wayne Poore and wife Dellis of Pall Mall; 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Neil Randall, Bro. Paul Randall and Bro. Travis Simpson officiating and burial at Williams Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers were Geoffrey Poore, Gregory Poore, Daniel Poore, Stephen Poore, Tim Poore and Nathan Meredith. Special care provided by Brown Funeral Chapel.

Melanie S. Bilbrey Burton
October 27, 1956 - August 10, 2013

ANDERSON, IN--Melanie S. Bilbrey Burton, 56, Anderson, IN passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Community Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born October 27, 1956 in Muncie, IN to the late Herman P. and Anna B. Goodman Bilbrey. Mrs. Burton attended Muncie schools and graduated from Southside High School in 1975. She also attended Ball State University. She worked for Meijer Store from opening until the time of her illness. Mrs. Burton enjoyed gardening in the spring, reading, walking her dog Rebel and cooking for her family.
Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Max E. Burton of Anderson; children, Christopher C. Smith of Yorktown, LaKelia Hunter and husband Gary of Huntington, Max E. "Eddie" Burton and wife Amy of Lapel, Tony Burton and wife Brenda and Vaughn Burton all of Wabash; step-mother, Jimmie Lee Bilbrey; two sisters, Brenda Dinkins of Muncie and Karen J. Brooks of Anderson; brother, Adam Bilbrey of Auburn; sister-in-law Carolyn Hilligoss of Anderson; 12 grandchildren, a great-grandchild; and special friends Don and Grace Gilliatt.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home in Anderson, IN with Rev. Bill Hilligoss officiating and burial at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Danny Hugh Holsapple
August 27, 1947 - August 6, 2013

NORTH CHARLESTON, SC--Danny Hugh Holsapple, 65, 8327 Delhi Rd., North Charleston, SC passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at his residence.
Mr. Holsapple was born August 27, 1947 in Huntersville, KY to the late Benny and Ruth Amonett Holsapple. He was a Vietnam Veteran where he served in the United States Army as 101st Airborne. He retired from the Charleston Navy Ship Yard after serving 27 years and received three Purple Hearts. Mr. Holsapple was a senior project manager at Chembion Environmental. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one sister Barbara VanBarriger.
Survivors include daughter France Branson of Myrtle Beach, SC; one son, Antoine "Tony" Holsapple of North Charleston, SC; sister Faye Dempsey of Monroe; two brothers, Welby Holsapple of Landson, SC and Darwin Holsapple, Albany, KY; three grandchildren, Ashton Harvey, Gabrielle Branson and Abigail Holsapple. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bishop Pat Sheets officiating and burial at Locust Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers included Welby Holsapple, Shawn VanBarriger, Larry Saffell, Gary Cummings, Bill Cummings and Brandon Madison. Special care provided by Brown Funeral Chapel.
