Clarice Neta Reagan
December 22, 1924 - September 11, 2013

BYRDSTOWN--Clarice Neta Reagan, 88 of Overton Co, Nursing Home and a former resident of Millers Mill Rd. in Byrdstown passed away Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013 at the Overton Co, Nursing Home.
She was born December 22, 1924 in Pickett Co. to the late John H. Reagan and Pearlie Bow Reagan. Ms. Reagan was a retired B.F. Goodrich employee in Akron, OH., a member of the Wolf River United Baptist Church and lived most of her life in Pickett Co. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by two brothers, Marvin and Walter Reagan and one sister Corda Maney. Survivors include five sisters, Uldean White and husband Bob of Nashville, Allene Mayes and husband Estle, Doris Jolly and husband Charles, Lois Horn and husband Doug all of Byrdstown and Kathy Eyler of Warm Springs, GA; three brothers, Hollis Reagan and wife Evalyn, Homer Reagan and wife Judy and Everett Reagan and wife Bonnie all of Byrdstown; sister-in-law Reva Choate and husband Willadee of Allardt. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 13, 2013 at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Randy Tompkins and Bro. Rick Cross officiating and burial at Tompkins Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jared Reagan, John Reagan, Steve Asberry, Mickey Jolly, Robert Reagan and Peyton Garrett. Honorary pallbearer was Randy Garrett. Special care provided by Brown Funeral Chapel.

Gerald Garrett
September 26, 1936 - September 4, 2013

LIVINGSTON--Funeral services for Mr. Yetman Gerald Garrett, 76, of Livingston were conducted at 3 p.m., Saturday, September 7, 2013 from the Chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston with Rev. Donald Cobb officiating. Burial was in the Overton County Memorial Gardens in Livingston where there was a military service provided by the Honor Guard from the James T. Davis Memorial Post 5062 of the VFW in Livingston and a Masonic service also.
Mr. Garrett passed away September 4, 2013 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born Sept. 28, 1936 to the late Yetmon & Delta Beaty Garrett. He was a food service business owner.
He was a member of First Baptist Church in Livingston and a member of the Livingston Masonic Lodge. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Debbie Garrett of Livingston; sons, Gerald Michael Garrett of Livingston, Steven Dwight Garrett of Allons, and Jeffery Craig Garrett of Cookeville; daughter, Linda Quarles of Livingston; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sister, Nelda Copeland of Byrdstown; and brothers, Glynson Garrett of Somerset, KY, Gary Garrett of Allons, & Danny Garrett of Livingston.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his first wife & mother of his children: Norma Stephens Garrett.
Pallbearers were John Lee Billings, Mark Carr, Grant Garrett, Johnathan Ledbetter, Hunter Garrett, & Joe Abbott.
