Jackie Roger Lee
January 23, 1953 - October 27, 2008

BYRDSTOWN--Jackie Roger Lee, 55, 1024 Beason Rd., Byrdstown, passed away Oct. 27, 2008 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center. He was a truck driver, a carpenter and a mechanic.
He was born Jan. 23, 1953 in Pickett County, the son of Harlen and Kizzie (Mullins) Lee. He lived most of his life in Pickett County and was a member of the Red Hill Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Lorene Byers and Dorothy Amonett McDonald; infant brother, Thomas Howard Lee and special friend, Clara Dale Coleman.
Surviving relatives include two daughters Jamie Lee and Janice Lee, both of Murfreesboro, Tn.; granddaughter, Mackenzie Lee, Murfreesboro; mother of his children, Linda Wright, Murfreesboro; two sisters, Betty Taylor and husband, J. Will, Pall Mall; Virginia Myers and husband Danny, Pall Mall; brother, Johnny Lee and wife, Teresa, Monroe; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Oct. 30, at 2 p.m. from Red Hill Church of Christ with Bro. Bruce Mullinix officiating. Burial was at Mullins Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Roger Amonett, Bobby Byers, John Harlen Lee, Ronnie Bandy, Jared Bandy, and Stanley Cross. Honorary pallbearers were Bart Capps, Bill Elmore, Mike Aaron, Steve Cole, Joseph Riddle, Allen Lee and Jessie Gilbert. Special care was provided by Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown.

Marshall Howard “Mart” Bilbrey
June 7, 1915 - October 26, 2008

BYRDSTOWN--Marshall Howard “Mart” Bilbrey, 93, 928 Bilbrey Rd., Byrdstown, passed away Oct. 26, 2008 at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was a farmer, sawmill employee and past Pickett County Highway Department night watchman.
He was born June 7, 1915 in Pickett County, the son of Lute and Hattie (Pierce) Bilbrey. He lived all of his life in Pickett County and was a member of the CC Camp in Crossville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Minnie Evelyn (Harden) Bilbrey; daughter, Shirley Ruth Neal; three brothers, Arnold, Azel and Bob Bilbrey; three sisters Ellen Harden, Evelyn Giddons, and Donna Edmonds; grandson, Barry Eugene Neal.
Surviving relatives include daughter, Betty Sue Pierce and husband, A.L., Byrdstown; son, Johnny “Peanut” Bilbrey and wife, Emily, Byrdstown; son-in-law, Gene Neal, Byrdstown; nine grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Oct. 28, at 1 p.m. from Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Ricky Cross and Bro. Jeff Flowers officiating. Burial was at Story Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Rick Pierce, Les Reeder, James Neal, Charles Neal, Joe Harden Jr., and Daniel Huddleston. Honorary pallbearers were Chris Phares, Larry Reeder, Jeremy Williams, Mike Harding and Brandon Bilbrey. Special care was provided by Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown.
