Barbara Louise (Parris) Barnett

LIVINGSTON--Barbra Louise (Parris) Barnett, 72, Overton County Nursing Home, Livingston, passed away Nov. 2, 2009 at Livingston Regional Hospital. She was a homemaker.
She was born March 11, 1937 in Pickett County, the daughter of Joel and Allie (Sewell) Parris. She lived most of her life in Michgan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Franklin D. Barnett; and sister Joann Parris.
Surviving relatives include three sons Bryan Barnett, Livignston; Curtis Barnett, Arkansas; Michael Barnett, Emmince, Ky.; sister, Joyce Hassler, Byrdstown; five grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Nov. 5 at Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Ricky Cross officiating. Burial was at Cope Cemetery. Pallbearers were Mark and Sean Barnett, Junior and Marshall Parris, Andy Gray and Bryan Barnett. Special care was provided by Brown Funeral Chapel of Byrdstown.
