Flag presented to honor service

Flag presented to honor serviceState Representative Kelly Keisling presented an American Flag that had been flown at the Tennessee State Capitol in honor of Major Jerry L. Franklin Jr. USAF for his dedicated service.
Major Franklin has served 25 years in the United States Air Force and is Squadron Commander with the 455th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron in Langley, Virginia and has recently returned from being deployed to Bagram, Afghanistan for a year.
He is the son of Jerry Franklin, Sr. and Carolyn Franklin of Pall Mall.
