Public Hearing of Byrdstown Board of Mayor
A notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Byrdstown Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Monday, March 30 at 5:30 p.m. at Byrdstown City Hall.
All interested citizens are invited to attend this public hearing to present comments concerning the adoption of a zoning ordinance as part of its municipal code by the Town of Byrdstown. Said zoning ordinance, consisting of a text and map, was prepared and certified by Byrdstown/Pickett County Regional Planning Commission on January 8, 2009. Copies of the proposed zoning ordinance and map are available for review and inspection at Byrdstown City Hall.
