Pickett man killed on 4-wheeler

A Pickett County man died after a four-wheeler accident last
Friday, April 24th.
According to the report, family members of Jack Rich, 76,
2041 Reedertown Rd., were unable to contact him for several
hours after he had gone out on four-wheeler looking for polk
salad.
The Pickett County Sheriff's Department was notified and
called in to help the Pickett County Rescue Squad who searched
the large property area. The search continued throughout the
night and Rich was located around 6:30 Friday morning and
was pronounced dead by Pickett County Deputy Coroner
Tommy Fryar.
