Small meth lab found after search

The Pickett County Sheriff's
Department found a small
meth lab at a residence in the
Five Fingers Community last
Friday.
According to Deputy Jeff
Flowers, who was in charge of
the investigation, the sheriff's
office had received information
about possible meth manufacturing
at 1156 Red Bud
Rd. A search warrant was obtained
and the meth lab was
found in an ice chest outside
of the residence. More meth
manufacturing items were
found inside.
Billy Winningham, 36, is
charged with meth manufacturing
and is currently being
held in Pickett County Jail on
a 250,000 bond.
Sandra Winningham, 41, is
also charged with meth manufacturing
and is being held
at Overton County Justice
Center on a $250,000 bond.
They are scheduled to appear
in general sessions court for
first appearance September
11th.
