Congressman Lincoln Davis visits with Pickett County friends in Washington

In mid-September, Gene and Linda Neal of Byrdstown took a trip to Washington, D.C. While in Washington, the Neal’s toured the White House, Smithsonian museums, U.S. Capitol Building, and spent time visiting with Congressman Lincoln Davis in his legislative office.
“I have always appreciated my friendship with the Neals, which goes back 40 years,” said Rep. Davis. “I can tell you that when I am in Washington for legislative business it’s always great to be with fellow Tennesseans.”
Congressman Davis and Mr. Neal used to work together at Pickett Builder Supply. This was Mr. Neal’s first trip to Washington.
