Russell Copeland charged with multiple counts of burglary

Local authorities joined efforts to solve a large number of burglaries in the Upper Cumberland which have occurred in the past four months.
The burglaries have included the counties of Putnam, Clay, Jackson, Overton and Pickett. According to an article in the Herald-Citizen, Russell Dion Copeland, 29, of Livingston has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of burglary.
He is also believed to have been responsible for the business break ins here in Pickett County but the investigation is still ongoing and possibly more arrests are expected, according to Pickett County Sheriff Clois Brown.
