Missy Richardt receives Telecommunicator of the Year Award

Missy Richardt receives Telecommunicator of the Year Award Tennessee's Chapter of the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (TNAPCO) has recognized Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) employees for their leadership in emergency and public safety communications.
The annual awards ceremony recently in Chattanooga. Award recipients included:
Office: Telecommunicator of the Year, Missy Richardt, Overton-Pickett 911 Emergency Communications Dispatch.
TNAPCO accepts award nominations from its various member agencies and the TNAPCO executive committee picks the award winners.
TNAPCO is a member driven association of communications professionals that provides leadership; influences public safety communications decisions of government and industry; promotes professional development; and, fosters the development and use of technology for the benefit of the public.
Missy is employed as a training officer at Pickett/ Overton County 911 and also works as a dispatcher at Clinton County, Ky. 911.
Missy and her husband George have one son, Aaron and live in Byrdstown.
