Two from Burkesville charged with promotion of manufacturing methamphetamineOn Tuesday, January 18th, an off-duty Pickett County officer spotted two individuals buying suspicious items in a local store. The subjects were being observed while going into several stores purchasing components for methamphetamine.
The Pickett County Sheriff's Department was immediately notified and charged Kaitlyn Savage, 18, of 116 Main St., Apt. #3 and Donnie "Dewayne" Norris, Jr., 27 of 206 Garmon Ferry Rd., both of Burkesville, Ky. with promotion of manufacturing methamphetamine.
