Huddleston arrested on multiple drug related chargesAccording to the Pickett County Sheriff's Department, on March 6th, Chief Deputy Steve Wilber was making a routine traffic stop on Hwy. 111 when the vehicle quickly took off. Deputy Wilber proceeded to pursue the vehicle and stopped it in front of the Whistle Stop in Static, after traveling into Kentucky and back into Tennessee.
Cheryl D. Huddleston, 39, 6635 Greenbriar Rd. was charged with disorderly conduct, promotions of manufacturing methampheta- mines, driving on suspended, speeding, two counts of reckless endangerment, possession of a schedule IV, and felony evading.
While Huddleston was being detained, deputies found contents used for making methamphetamines on her and in the vehicle.
