Pryor arrested for third time on meth charges

Pryor arrested for third time on meth chargesOn April 3, the Pickett County Sheriff's Office received a call of a possible drunk driver on Highway 111. Pickett County Deputy Jerry Governale, Sgt. Jeff Flowers, and Sheriff Dowdy made the stop at the Dale Hollow Shell.
Harold Wayne Pryor, 55, 4963 North York Highway, Pall Mall, was charged with DUI, Implied Consent, Promotions to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Possession of Schedule II with Intent to Resale, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Schedule IV, and Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule VI.
Pryor was first arrested Dec. 12 of last year and made a $10,000 bond that same day. The second arrest was made Feb. 22, 2011. Bond was set at $100,000 but then was lowered to $50,000 on March 25th and Pryor posted bail.
Bond is now set for Pryor at $109,000 and he has not pled to these charges at this time, according to sheriff’s department.
