Day of Prayer ceremonies held

Day of Prayer ceremonies heldThursday, May 5th was recognized as the National Day of Prayer. Several ceremonies were held in Pickett County that day. Pictured above Pickett County students gather at the PCHS flagpole. The program consisted of citizens praying for our schools, local, state and national officials, men and women in uniform and our nation to unite with God’s purpose. The Hull-York Honor Guard presented the colors.
