Routine stop leads to drug chargesOn May 3rd, Pickett County Sheriff Deputies made a routine traffic stop at Rector's Bottoms and arrested two people for drug charges.
According to the arrest report, Andrew Ridge, 30, Albany, Ky. was charged with possession of schedule II with intent to resale, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of a weapon. Jeremy Braswell, 30, also of Albany, was charged with possession of schedule II with intent to resale, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of a weapon. Both cases have been bound over to the Pickett County Grand Jury.
