Update on court cases

The following are court reports from cases published in PRESS for the 2011 year up to July 14th.

*Elizabeth O'Sullivan-Charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule VI with intent to resale. Plead to 11 months and 29 days probation, forfeited $236.03 cash.
*Jacob Cummings-Charged with promotions of manufacturing methamphetamine and other charges. Is in rehab, case has been continued.
*Harold Pryor-(3 separate arrests) Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II with intent to resale, possession of schedule IV with intent to resale, possession of schedule II, manufacturing of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of of schedule II with intent to resale, DUI, implied consent, promotions to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of schedule II with intent to resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of schedule VI controlled substance. Plead to eight year sentence, two years to serve and six years probation, must turn in license for a year, forfeited $1,435.03.
*Dianna Burton-Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II and IV controlled substance with intent to resale. Plead to four years probation.
*Eddie Burton-Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II and IV controlled substance with intent to resale. Revoked to serve 11 months and 29 days, plead to four years probation.
*Travis Burton-Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II and IV controlled substance with intent to resale. Plead to serve 11 months and 29 days probation.
*Donnie Norris, Jr.-Charged with promotion of manufacturing methamphetamine. Applied for six months Judicial Diversion, received an alcohol and drug assessment and has 24 hours community service.
*Kaitlyn Savage-Charged with promotion of manufacturing methamphetamine. Applied for a six month Pre-Trial diversion with supervised probation.
*Christopher Burton-Charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of schedule II with intent to resale, possession of schedule IV with intent to resale, two counts of child endangerment, six counts of reckless endangerment. Plead to one year in the county jail and five years probation.
*Ashley Moreland-Charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of schedule II with intent to resale, possession of schedule IV with intent to resale, two counts of child endangerment, six counts of reckless endangerment. Plead to judicial Diversion for 11 months and 29 days, must complete an alcohol and drug assessment.
*Nikki Fulton-Charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to resale, possession of drug paraphernalia. Case was dismissed.
*Christina Johnson-Charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to resale, possession of schedule II and III controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Plead to 11 months and 29 days of probation.
*Jerald Corya-Charged with attempted murder. Plead to two counts of aggravated assault sentenced to 150 days to serve in the county jail and four years probation.
*Cheryl Huddleston-Charged with disorderly conduct, promotions of manufacturing methamphetamine, driving on suspended license, speeding, two counts of reckless endangerment, possession of schedule IV, felony evading. Plead to four years probation, will be released August 24.
*James Guffey-Charged Promotion to manufacture methamphetamine, three counts of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Applied to Judicial Diversion for 11 months and 29 days with supervised probation.
*Oliver Cooper-Charged with promotions to manufacturing methamphetamine. Applied to Judicial Diversion for 11 months and 29 days with supervised probation.
*Michael Melton-Charged with three counts of possession of controlled substance, promotions to manufacture methamphetamine. Applied to Judicial Diversion for 11 months and 29 days with supervised probation.
*Jeremy Braswell-Charged possession of schedule II with intent to resale, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of weapon. Bound over to the grand jury, still incarcerated, court date set for August 24th.
*Andrew Ridge-Charged possession of schedule II with intent to resale, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of weapon. Bound over to the grand jury, out on a $50,000 bond, court set for August 24th.
*Richard Bailey, Jr.-Charged with manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine with intent to resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on revoked license. Bound over to the grand jury, out on a $24,000 bond, court date for August 24th.
*Gregory Riddle-Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Out on bond, court date set for August 26th.
*Billy Joe Stinson-Charged with burglary and aggravated burglary, methamphetamine charges. Bound over to grand jury, still incarcerated, court date is August 24th.
*Brenda Asberry-Charged with promotions of manufacturing methamphetamine and child endangerment. Pretrial case set for August 26th.
*Michael E. Perdue-Charged with promotions of manufacturing methamphetamine and child endangerment. Still incarcerated, case set for August 26th.
*Brian Fox-Charged with promotions of manufacturing methamphetamine and child endangerment. Plead to 11 months 29 days probation.
*Bobby Jo Alvarado-Charged with promotions of manufacturing methamphetamine and child endangerment. Still incarcerated, case set for August 26th.
