Huff pleads guilty to child negligent homicide
In Fentress County Criminal Court on Monday, January 8th, Pall Mall resident Darrell Huff, 50, plead guilty to Child Neglect and Negligent Homicide.
Huff was arrested on February 24th, 2011 by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation after being indicted by the Fentress County Grand Jury. The investigation was conducted after the death of his four year old daughter who died in December 2010 of a Morphine overdose, which belonged to him.
Huff was sentenced to serve five years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
