Pickett County Grand Jury indictments

The Pickett County Grand Jury met April 30th, and returned a total of 51 drug indictments.
On Monday, May 7th, the Pickett County Sheriff's Department conducted a drug round up and served the following:
-James "Jim" Patterson, Olympus Drive, charged with Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Substance.
-Kevin A. Gilliam, South Main Street, is charged with Delivery of Schedule II in Drug Free School Zone, Delivery of Schedule III Controlled Substance, Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Substance.
-Tiffany Phares, South Main Street, is charged with Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Delivery of Schedule III Controlled Substance.
-Michael Ed Perdue, Perdue Road, Pall Mall, is charged with TennCare Fraud, three counts of Obtaining or Attempting a Controlled Substance by Fraud.
-Patricia Jane Marier, Perdue Road, Pall Mall, is charged with three counts of Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Substance.
-Loretta Johnson, West Main Street, is charged with two counts of Delivery of Schedule IV Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone.
-Bobby Joe Alvarado, Hillcrest Apartments, is charged with three counts of TennCare Fraud, three counts Obtaining or Attempting to Obtain a Controlled Substance by Fraud, three counts Obtaining or Attempting to Obtain a Controlled Substance by Fraud.
-Christopher H. Cook, Turney Groce Rd, is charged with two counts of Delivery of Schedule II in Drug Free Zone.
-Toni K. Phares, Dakota's Lane, charged with three counts of Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Substance.
-Melissa Perdue, Oak Street, charged with three counts of Obtaining or Attempting to Obtain a Controlled Substance by Fraud.
-Adam Robbins, Eastport Dock Road, Monroe, is charged with Delivery of Oxycodone in a Drug Free Zone, Sale of Alprazolam in a Drug Free Zone, Delivery of Alaprazolam in Drug Free Zone.
-Tonia M. Carwile, Pickett Square Apartments, charged with Delivery of Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone.
-Shelly Bowers, Olympus Drive, charged with Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance (Oxycodone).
-Greg Bowers, Olympus Drive, charged with two counts of Delivery of Schedule II Controlled Substance.
-Sonya Nivens, Smyrna Road, is charged with Delivery a Schedule II Controlled Substance (Morphine).
-Daniel Bilbrey, West Gate Drive, is charged with Facilitation of Delivery of Oxycodone.
-Calvin Jamie Davis, Jones Chapel Road, charged with Manufacturing .5 grams or more of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Evading Arrest.
