Pickett’s April beer revenue $96,078

The Tennessee Malt Beverage Association released the figures of revenue received by each county and city that permits legal sale of beer. Beer tax collections are received from the 17% Wholesale Beer Tax as reported by the wholesale distribution, not individual outlets.
Pickett County's beer tax revenue year-to-date for April 2012 was $96,078.71 was up from April 2011 Y-T-D revenue at $90,924.07. The Pickett County revenue for April 2012 went up in numbers at $27,446.82 with last years April 2011 revenue at $24,025.27. The beer revenue for Overton Co. in April 2012 went down to $11,662.94 from $12,501.64 in April 2011. Overton Counties 2012 year-to-date was up at $43,243.35. Fentress Counties revenue went slightly down in the April 2012 revenue at $17,741.82 and year-to-date at $65,773.48. April 2012 revenue for Clay County was down at $21,727.14 with the year-to-date down at $77,972.88. The beer tax revenue for Putnam Co. in April 2012 was also down at $17,617.11 from last April 2011 at $19,063.17 and year-to-date also decreased to $64,623.29 from 2011's year-to-date that was at $66,075.58.
