Three arrested on drug charges
Pickett County Deputy Brandon Koger recently made a routine traffic stop on Highway 111 for no visible seatbelt. During the stop three people were arrested for drug charges.
Patricia Young, 45 of Monticello, Ky. was charged with promotion to manufacture methamphetamine.
Johnny Brumley, 18 of Monticello, Ky. was charged with promotion to manufacture methamphetamine.
Charlie Reynolds Jr., 42 of Monticello, Ky. was charged with promotion to manufacture methamphetamine.
Sgt. Elbert Conner and Deputy Malcolm Johnson assisted Deputy Koger in the investigation.
