Child Health Week is October 13th
The Office of Coordinated School Health is a key partner with the Governor’s Office of Children’s Care Coordination in sponsoring activities for this week.
The Pickett County Health Council will help celebrate this week with “Safety Day” at Pickett Co. K-8 on October 10th.
Students will participate in lots of health and safety related activities as they learn about community safety partners. Our school would like to recognize the following organizations for their planned participation: Pickett/Overton County 911, Pickett Co. Ambulance Service, Pickett County Fire Department, Pickett County Sheriff’s Office, TN Highway Patrol, Air Evac, Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency, Tennessee Environmental Agency, Tennessee Forestry Division,Livingston Regional Hospital, Byrdstown Medical Center, AmeriChoice, DCS, Upper Cumberland Child Advocacy Center, National Guard, Pickett County Health Department, TENNder Care, Mountain View Golf Course
