Rep. Diane Black visits Pickett County

Rep. Diane Black visits Pickett CountyU.S. Congressman Diane Black (R-TN) toured Fitzgerald Glider Kits and met with local elected officials during an April 30 visit to Byrdstown.
Congressman Black released the following statement following her visit:
“As the largest private employer in Byrdstown, Fitzgerald Glider Kits plays an important role here in Pickett County and throughout the Upper Cumberland. I appreciated the opportunity to meet with the team here to learn more about how laws made in Washington affect their business. Additionally, it is always a pleasure to visit with Mayor Chris Thompson, County Executive Johnie Neal, and many of our other local officials here in Pickett County. I am grateful for their leadership and look forward to taking their concerns with me back to Congress.” said Congressman Diane Black.
