Three arrested here on drug related charges

Three arrested here on drug related chargesPickett County Deputy Malcolm Johnson investigated a suspicious vehicle July 10, 2013.
After stopping the vehicle and obtaining consent to search, items used in manufacturing methamphetamine were discovered in the vehicle.
Frankie Booher 38, April Collins 36, and James Smith 53, all of Albany, Ky. were charged with Promotion to Manufacture Methamphetamine.
Collins was also charged with Possession of a Controlled substance, Schedule II Methamphetamine.
Deputy Johnson was assisted in the investigation by Chief Deputy Steve Wilber, Tennessee Highway Patrolman Eddie Gibson, and Deputy Wayne Clayborn.
